Right click on one of the above pictures and choose "Save Target as.." or "Save link as.."to download the setup file.
Then hit the 'Save' button.

Run the exe from your saved location to start the install process.
  After finishing the install, you can delete the EXE download file.

There will be an uninstall in your "add/remove programs" folder.

The program allows to save any screensaver image as wallpaper by
  hitting the <F2> key when an image is on screen.

All the usual windows options for screen saver are available, plus
  the ability to change the transition effects, speed, and image size.
